        BANJO TOURS ANNUAL RIDE
        By:David Gray
This year Banjo Tours will be heading out to visit our great neighbor to the north, we will of course see many of the sights that our great nation has to offer on the way. We will not have a dedicated photo album this year but will post our on the road pics in the monthly folders so that you can join us in spirit on this ride and as a footnote it does seem that the keywest ride that so many have come to expect and enjoy is starting to take shape, it will be around christmas time to new years so stay tuned for further postings and details.

        1st Officer Stepping Down
        By:Walter Kirkwood
First officer Walter Slammer Kirkwood is stepping down from his post this January.

I took the job five years ago with a 24 month commitment in mind. We had some complications over time and 24 months grew into five years. Ive been asked several times why, Its really simple, The past year I have not been able to participate like I wanted to, this coming year looks like it will be harder still to make it to events. I dont want to orphan the club. I strongly believe the club functions best when the first officer is around frequently and I felt I couldnt do that to my satisfaction. To that end I feel its time to step aside and let one of the many good members of my club step forward. I will still be riding when I get a chance. I will also continue my work as the club webmaster. Its been a great privilege being your 1st officer for these years. I hope you have all enjoyed the experience and sincerely believe the good times will continue to roll.

        Everybody ride safe
