Once again we are going to change the August dinner meeting around a little bit.  This will be a ride to the dinner meeting event, although if you want to go in your car you are still encouraged to join us.  The dinner meeting will be at 4:00 PM at "Top of the River" catfish and seafood restaurant  http://www.topotheriverrestaurant.com/ in Gadsden, AL.  If fish is not your thing they have other food, but the fish and the greens are really good.

This will work in a couple ways.  You can just show up at 4:00 and eat, or several people can post start locations and specifics about a ride to the dinner meeting.  Start time and everything else will be up to whoever post the ride, but plan wisely so you arrive no later than 4:00 PM.  I will post a ride to and will probably post an evening ride after the meeting.

Top of the river is located at 1606 Rainbow Drive, Gadsden, AL 35901   http://www.topotheriverrestaurant.com/gadsden_map.php

I will need to know who is going to attend no later than Friday, August 6, 2010, by 5:00 PM, so I can make a reservation.  If you think you are going to let me attend, let me know by posting here.

A ride will leave from the Race Trac gas station in Moody, north of I-20, at 2:30 to go to the dinner meeting.  The dinner meeting will start at 4:00.  The ride will be pretty short about 45 miles and we will not have a planned break or stop before we arrive.

After the dinner meeting, I plan on riding about 60 miles leaving from The Top of the River in Gadsden and ending in Springville.  Both of these rides will be casual easy rides.

See everyone there!
